THE OWNER
Hi, I’m Adam, owner of Pristine Green. I built this company to raise the standard for residential property maintenance with reliable service, clear communication, and a professional team you can count on. I’m a systems nerd at heart, big on high standards, and probably a little too passionate about clean processes and constant improvement. It’s our number one core value for a reason.
When I’m not building Pristine Green, I’m in the gym, traveling, or spending time with my fiancé and friends. Although realistically, there’s a good chance I’m watching YouTube, listening to a podcast, or reading something about how to run a better lawn care company. I guess some people golf.

Bryton Mack
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Hi, I’m Bryton, Operations Manager by title, lifelong learner by choice, and family man first. I started at Pristine Green in 2023 and worked my way up from a part-time field technician, so I’ve learned this business from the ground up, sometimes literally. I graduated from Akron University with an engineering degree in Project Management, which explains why I get a little too excited about systems, efficiency, and a well-organized spreadsheet.
When I’m not spending time with my fiancé or visiting my family in Pennsylvania on the weekends, you’ll probably find me tinkering with equipment, fixing something, or looking for ways to improve, both personally and in my department. Again, it’s our number one core value for a reason. I genuinely enjoy finding better, smarter ways to get things done. As a leader, I’m big on quality and team culture. I believe in working hard, leading by example, and keeping things positive, because great results and a good attitude should always go hand in hand.
