Clear Career Paths

This isn’t a dead-end job. As we grow, so do the opportunities, from Technician to Team Leader to management roles. We promote from within and believe leadership should be earned through performance and character, not just time served. (Our current operations manager started as a part-time technician!)

Performance-Based Pay

Your income shouldn’t be capped by how many hours are in a week. Our pay-for-performance model rewards efficiency, quality, and results. The better you perform, the more you earn. Simple. (Technicians regularly average $150-300 above base pay per week, with the opportunity to earn $400+ weekly.)

Training & Development

We don’t just hand you a mower and hope it works out. You’ll go through a formal, paid training process designed to make sure you’re confident completing your daily tasks. From day one, you’ll have clear expectations, structured systems, and consistent feedback so you always know how to improve and what the next level looks like.

Real Skill Development

You’ll build more than lawn care skills here. Communication, leadership, problem-solving, time management — the kind of skills that transfer to any career and make you more valuable long term. (We hold optional weekly personal & professional development meetings for team members looking to grow.)

Basic Requirements:

Full time availability (40 hours per week)

Valid driver's license

Ability to reliably commute to and from work

English speaking

Ability to lift 50lbs

Comfortable working outdoors in all elements
